ALWAYS original acrylic diptych painting | 2024
The acrylic paintings in the Open Air Collection were inspired by the expansiveness found in wide-open natural settings, and the ability of nature to calm and center us.
Streaks of cerulean, rose, coral and gold frame the warm, gray-and-pink cumulus clouds toward the top of the sky. A solid, steadfast island serves as a home for warmly lit eastern white pines painted in maroons, dark olives, eggplant purples and alpine greens. The water below is studded with crisp gold highlights that change from rich goldenrod to glistening pale yellow with the angle of view.
Overall dimensions: 24” w x 12” h x 1.5” d (includes 2 canvases; each canvas measures 12" w x 12" h)
Painted on on 1.5” deep high-quality gallery-wrapped canvas
Wired and ready to hang; all sides are painted
